The law firm of Mette, Evans & Woodside recently announced that attorney Benjamin A. Ried has joined the firm as a shareholder.
Ried has a transactional law practice focusing primarily on representing municipalities, municipal authorities, school districts, and nonprofit corporations to finance and refinance their capital projects. His municipal experience extends to counseling on the structure and delivery of public sewer, water, and stormwater services.
Ben lived in South America for several years and now dedicates part of his practice to representing Latin American businesses operating in or seeking market entry into the United States. He also counsels Pennsylvania and other U.S. companies that do business in Latin America. Link here to read Attorney Ried’s entire bio.

We welcome Ben to the firm and are excited about his next chapter with us.”
Ben received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
