Biography

Gladys concentrates her practice in estate administration and assists business clients with their operational concerns, including formation and dissolution of various types of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, governance compliance, and contract drafting.

Gladys received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia prior to relocating to Harrisburg where she obtained her Juris Doctor from Widener Commonwealth Law School. While in law school, Gladys served as Internal Managing Editor of the Law Review. She was also selected as the recipient of the Bruce M. and Elizabeth M. Monroe Intellectual Property Scholarship. 

Prior to joining the firm, Gladys was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, gaining experience in medical assistance programs and the state-supervised child welfare system. Gladys also worked in commercial real estate market analysis and in the financial technology industry before embarking on her legal career.

Gladys is an avid fan of women’s soccer. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, reading, and walking with her pup while taking in views of the Susquehanna.
