Mette’s SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description. Mette (Mette, Evans & Woodside) sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to appointment scheduling and reminders, requests for documents or information, and updates on the status of a client’s matter. Messages are sent by Mette attorneys and staff from their business phone numbers.
How you opt in. You may agree to receive text messages verbally during a call or meeting with a Mette attorney or staff member, or by sending a text message to a Mette team member’s business number. Your consent is not a condition of receiving legal services.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

Message frequency and costs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
