Biography

Sarah E. Straub focuses her legal practice in the agricultural area, representing farmers and agricultural business clients throughout the state in a wide array of legal matters including succession and farm transfer planning.  In addition to the work she does in the agricultural law practice, Sarah assists individuals in matters involving estate planning, real estate transactions, and civil rights litigation.

Sarah graduated from Penn State Law in State College.  As a law student, Sarah worked as a research assistant in the Penn State Center for Agriculture and Shale Law, was an associate editor for the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review, and became a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.  While at Penn State Law, she also completed concentrations of study in Energy and Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, and Civil Rights.  Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Central Penn College in Summerdale.

Sarah is admitted to practice in all state courts and administrative agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

A native of Snyder County, Sarah enjoys camping, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
