Attorney Tracy Updike will add to her teaching credentials by teaching Bankruptcy Law during the Spring 2023 semester at Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, PA. Attorney Updike enjoys sharing her expertise with students who are new to the world of bankruptcy law and already serves as an adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, PA.
Ms. Updike joined the Mette, Evans & Woodside team in 2019. She focuses her practice in the field of consumer and commercial bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, including foreclosure and commercial loan workouts. She represents both debtors and creditors, which she believes gives her pronounced insight when advocating on behalf of her clients. She also is a licensed title agent and has extended her practice into commercial loan documentation. Updike is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy topics, and involved in many organizations and bar committees dedicated to consumer and commercial practice.
