Attorney Updike focuses her practice in the field of consumer and commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including foreclosure and commercial loan workouts.  She represents both debtors and creditors, which she believes gives her pronounced insight when advocating for her clients. She also handles negotiations with taxing authorities, including offers in compromise. She is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy topics at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and for the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association.
