Attorney Will Serve As Counsel To Law Firm

He is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Fraticelli received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts and a J.D. degree from Villanova University Law School.
