Paula J. Leicht, Esquire
Attorney Paula J. Leicht concentrates her practice in zoning and land use law and real estate law. She represents clients in the telecommunications industry in land development and leasing matters, in addition to representing clients in obtaining approval of commercial and residential land development plans.
Her general real estate practice encompasses the preparation of condominium and planned community documentation, completion of buy/sell transactions, landlord/tenant law, real estate financing, environmental matters, loan documentation and title insurance. Ms. Leicht is a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Leicht is a graduate of Earlham College, received a Masters Degree in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School of Widener University.
She is admitted to practice before all courts in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Leicht is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
She is vice president of Elizabethtown Preservation Associates, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of historic buildings in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania and was one of the founding members in 1988. She also is Vice President of the Donegal Society.
