Mary Alice Busby
Ms. Busby practices securities law, business law, banking law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.
She was previously Counsel in the Wyomissing firm Ellsworth, Carlton, Mixell & Waldman, P.C. Ms. Busby began her career as Assistant Professor of Business Law at Michigan State University, where she co-authored textbook materials and then served as in-house counsel for Sunoco and Carpenter Technology Corporation. She was a member of the Title 15 Revision Subcommittee of the Committee on Business Associations of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section of Corporation, Banking and Business Law.
Ms. Busby is active in community affairs, having served on an advisory committee at Immaculata College and was a founding member and first president of the African American Parent Group in the Tredyffrin Easttown School District.
