Mark D. Hipp
Mark Hipp practices in the firm's Asset Preservation and Taxation, Business Organization and Banking, Federal State and Local Taxation, and Real Estate and Land Use practice groups. His primary focuses include Taxation, Real Estate and Business Law, with an additional emphasis on representing wireless telecommunication providers in securing land use approvals necessary to expand existing coverage areas.
Mark is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, received a Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law, and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.
Mark is actively involved with community groups in Central Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Directors of two regional nonprofit associations. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania.
