Mr. Hipp concentrates his practice in asset preservation, taxation, real estate and land use planning. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Hipp earned a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Villanova University Law School. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania.
