Attorney Vera Kanova will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Association, 22nd Annual Bankruptcy Institute. Her segment of the education session will focus on Claims Objections. This session will discuss the procedural and practical considerations of reviewing and analyzing creditors' claims. The panel will discuss the various types of claims and the different considerations associated with objecting to each type. It will further discuss the case law and bankruptcy rules associated with claims objections.
