Kathryn Simpson Named Super Lawyer
For Fourth Year
Harrisburg, PA - Kathryn L. Simpson, an attorney with Mette, Evans & Woodside, whose practice is in Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Healthcare Law, was recently named one of the top attorneys in the Commonwealth by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. This is the fourth year Simpson has received the honor.
The selections for Super Lawyers are held each year as a result of a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers; independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics' attorney-led research staff; a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Only five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania make the Super Lawyers list.
Simpson received her MBA and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and is a frequent speaker and author of continuing legal education course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
"Kathi is well respected by her peers and a strong advocate for her clients. She is most deserving of receiving Super Lawyer status for a fourth year. We are extremely proud of her accomplishment and her association with our firm," said Thomas Smida, one of the firm's managing directors.
