Kathryn Lease Simpson
Ms. Simpson practices Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Defense, Civil Rights and Employment Law, and Health Law.
Ms. Simpson routinely represents clients in complex commercial litigation and professional liability matters. She is the past co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Federal Practice Committee, and a past chair of the Professional Liability Committee. In addition, Ms. Simpson is a member of the PBA House of Delegates and is the Chair of the Law Policy Forum Steering Committee. She is a member and former governor of Allegheny County's prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers and is an Honorary Master of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Ms. Simpson is a frequent speaker and author of Continuing Legal Education course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She has served as a faculty member of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Trial Advocacy Program.
Ms. Simpson is a former chair of a municipal planning commission. Her other community service includes volunteer work with Susquehanna Service Dogs and the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center's Pet Therapy Program.
