John F. Yaninek
Attorney John F. Yaninek is a civil trial lawyer who has successfully tried a number of significant insurance cases in state and federal courts and has also defended these matters through appeal. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by the President Judge of Dauphin County. He is a certified mediator for the U.S. Middle District Court.
Mr. Yaninek is also a member of the U.S. Middle District Court's Criminal Justice Act Panel. He also represents clients accused of federal and white collar crimes.
Mr. Yaninek is a decorated U.S. Army veteran of the Gulf War, where he managed legal issues for the Army in occupied Iraqi territory during the ground conflict. While on active duty in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, Lieutenant Colonel Yaninek tried numerous criminal cases at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He now serves in the United States Army Reserve with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Mr. Yaninek is active in the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
