Attorney Jeffrey A. Ernico advises a variety of corporate, commercial and individual clients on a broad spectrum of legal matters ranging from corporate issues, real estate transactions and administrative law to estate planning and taxation.
The depth of Mr. Ernico's multi-faceted experience enables him to provide sound legal counsel in a number of areas. His main practice area concentrations are in Real Estate & Land Use, along with Estate Planning & Taxation. He also has extensive experience as a solicitor for boroughs, townships and zoning hearing boards.
Mr. Ernico has in-depth understanding of complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions relating to corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Mr. Ernico frequently assists his corporate clients in a broad range of business-related matters including strategic planning and succession planning.
Mr. Ernico has been an author and lecturer on Estate Planning & Taxation and Real Estate & Land Use law. Recently, Mr. Ernico has addressed national and local audiences on the current federal estate tax law in a lecture and article entitled "The Estate Tax Debacle."
Active in community affairs, Mr. Ernico currently serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the Dauphin County Bar Association and Asbury Communities. Mr. Ernico is a recipient of the prestigious Louis Goffman Pro Bono Award of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA). In addition, PBA has created the Jeffrey A. Ernico Award, which recognizes attorneys for exceptional pro bono achievements.
