Jeffrey A. Ernico
Attorney Jeffrey A. Ernico advises a variety of corporate, commercial and private clients in a broad range of business-related matters, including corporate issues, taxation, real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, charitable organizations and administrative law. He also has extensive experience as a solicitor for boroughs, townships and zoning hearing boards.
Mr. Ernico has been an author and lecturer on estate planning and taxation and real estate and land use law. Recently, Mr. Ernico has addressed a national and local audiences on the current federal estate tax law in a lecture and article entitled "The Estate Tax Debacle."
Mr. Ernico has extensive experience in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions relating to corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Mr. Ernico has frequently assisted his business clients in business and strategic planning and succession planning.
Active in community affairs, Mr. Ernico serves on the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, The Asbury Group and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania. Mr. Ernico is a recipient of the prestigious Louis Goffman Pro Bono Award of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
