Jeffrey A. Ernico
Attorney Jeffrey A. Ernico advises a variety of corporate, commercial and private clients in a broad range of business-related matters, including corporate issues, taxation, real estate transactions, estate planning and administrative law. He also has extensive experience as a solicitor for boroughs, townships and zoning hearing boards.
Mr. Ernico has served in a number of special assignments in his career, including Hearing Officer for the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission, Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Senate Committee of Military Affairs and Aeronautics, and Master for Juvenile Court of Dauphin County.
He was Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Department of Justice, where he headed the Central Pennsylvania Office of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection.
Active in community affairs, Mr. Ernico serves on the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania. Mr. Ernico is a recipient of the prestigious Louis Goffman Pro Bono Award of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
