Howell C. Mette
Federal and state taxation, business reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and business sales, estate planning and estate administration are the primary practice areas of distinguished founding shareholder Attorney Howell C. Mette.
Mr. Mette was an adjunct Professor of Law at The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University and has received the Edward C. First Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award. He has been a frequent lecturer before the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Dickinson Forum and numerous tax seminars.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and served for many years as a Trustee of the Pennsylvania Bar Trust and Insurance Trust. Mr. Mette has been recognized as one of the "Best Attorneys In America" and serves on the Metro Bank, Woolrich, Inc. and HAAC Foundation Boards.
