Henry W. Van Eck
Attorney Henry W. Van Eck is a shareholder leading the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditor rights practice group. Mr. Van Eck has extensive experience representing individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and major financial institutions in all matters involving debtor and creditor relations, including out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy.
Mr. Van Eck has been representing individuals and businesses in financial distress for over a decade. During that time, he has routinely provided individuals, partnerships, corporations, financial institutions, and other entities with the legal advice and assistance necessary to reduce their debt, streamline their operations, and implement the sound fiscal policies necessary to overcome their financial challenges. Mr. Van Eck has also regularly provided banks, lenders, and other creditors with the counsel necessary to enforce and protect their rights under applicable state and federal laws.
Mr. Van Eck is a director for the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, where he currently serves as chairman for the rules committee. He also routinely speaks and authors Continuing Legal Education course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
